Ballast Bypass:

All you have to do while installing this LED tube is just remove the fluorescent tube and let the ballast stay if it is in good working condition. If the ballast comes to fail, just taking out the ballast and directly wiring the tube to line voltage.

Do they come with tombstones
They do not, but we do sell tombstones individually and in a 50-pack, found here; https://www.ledmyplace.com/products/non-shunted-tombstone-socket
Juse to note: Each tube gets wired with Hot and Neutral on one end, with the non-shunted tombstone at that end. The other end doesn't get wired/doesn't receive any tombstone. -
