Will this kit allow this light: MPN: PN019 2X2 LED Panel, 40W AC100-277V 6500K, 4000 Lumens and Dimmable, sit completely flush on the ceiling? The light has a height of 2.04" and the frame kit has a height of 1.9", but it is what you recommend. Thank you....
Sorry, the actual height of the light in the mount kit is no more than 46mm. and there is step on the frame of the panel light, it is to fill the thickness of the mount kit /T shaped ceiling joists, Keep the surface of the lamp and the mount kit flat.

No, this is just the Kit. You'd have to purchase the Panel separately.
